各プラットフォーム(GooglePlayGames/iCloud)に接続できていない可能性があります。

Android

1. 「Playゲーム」アプリを起動してください。
2. 設定を開き、「ゲームのアカウントの変更」を選択します。
3. Buriedbornes2 の接続アカウントをご確認ください。
   未選択状態の場合は、使用したいGooglePlayGamesアカウントを選択してください。
4. 1-3を終えた後、ゲームを再起動してください。

iOS

1. OS設定 → アカウントプロフィール → iCloudを開きます。
2. iCloudを使用しているアプリの中から、Buriedbornes2 を探し、チェックがついていることをご確認ください。
3. また、iCloudに十分な残容量が空いているかご確認ください。
4. 1-3を終えた後、ゲームを再起動してください。

You may not be able to connect to each platform (GooglePlayGames/iCloud).

Android

Launch the "Play Games" application.

Open Settings and select "Change game account".

Check the Buriedbornes2 connection account. If it is not selected, select the GooglePlayGames account you wish to use.

Restart the game after completing steps 1-3.

iOS

Open OS Settings → Account Profiles → iCloud.

Among the apps that use iCloud, look for Buriedbornes2 and make sure it is checked.

Also make sure that there is enough remaining free space in iCloud.
